摘要
为有效解决多层系开发过程中笼统合采油井层间干扰矛盾,最大程度发挥各层产能,研制了防气式分采泵两层分采主体技术,现场应用效果显著,但无法实现油井三层以上分采。在油井两层分采技术原理基础上,提出了“产层单向过流进入油管、油管内层间产液桥式多级过流、封隔器层间封隔、普通抽油泵举升”三层分采技术思路,通过对单流阀结构的改进,研制形成双通桥式流道、阀球扶正单向流道结构特点的桥式分采器,设计了“桥式分采器+Y211 封隔器+Y111 封隔器+ 普通管式抽油泵”三层分采技术管柱。2013 年在长庆油田首次成功开展2 口井现场试验,效果明显,为长庆油田多层系开发区块油井多层分采提供了新的技术手段。
Abstract
To effectively solve the interlayer interference in comingled producing wells during development of multi-layer system and to maximize the production capacity of each layer, we have developed a double-layer separate producing technology is developed with gas-proof selective producing pump, which works very effectively on site, but it cannot separately produce more than 3 layers. Based on double-layer separate producing principle, we presented a concept of three-layer separate producing technology ’the producing pay overflowing one-way into tubing, interlayer produced liquid in the tubing overflowing in the form of bridge multi-stage, isolating the layers with packers and lifting by ordinary pumping unit’. By improving the check valve structure, a bridge-type separate-zone producing device is develope with a structure of ’two-way bridge flow channel, and valve ball centralizer one-way flow channel’, and designed three-layer separately producing technological string of ’bridge-type separate-zone producing device+Y211 packer+Y111 packer+ordinary tubing pump’. In 2013, the technology was used in two wells in Changqing Oilfield for the first time and worked very well, providing a new technical manner for multi-layer selective producing in wells in multi-layer development zones of Changqing Oilfield.
