为适应海上油田特殊井的同井注采工艺和热采井清防蜡工艺,研制了了大通径高强度过电缆封隔器。该过电缆封隔器的内通径达90.1 mm,扩大了环空注采通道;本体材质选用42 CrMo 高强度合金钢,使最大悬重可达1 250 kN。在海上油田进行了7 口井的现场应用,坐封、验封均一次成功,表明该过电缆封隔器性能可满足现场工艺要求。
For the technique of injecting water and extracting oil in one well and the technique of paraffin cleaning and prevention in thermal production well, a large bore and high strength cable-through packer is developed. Its bore size is 90.1 mm, expanding the annulus injecting and extracting channel. The packer body is made of 42 CrMo high strength alloy, making maximum hanging load reach 1 250 kN. The packer has been applied in seven wells in offshore fields, with one-off success in setting and verification, indicating that it is suitable for field process.
