Klari-2st井是印尼Arar区块1口定向探井,为完成区块勘探,对该井?215.9 mm裸眼漏封井段,注水泥回填,用?152.4 mm注 水钻头开眼,扩眼器扩孔,形成?177.8 mm水泥环井眼,下入?149.2 mm膨胀管封固井壁,以完成四开钻井作业。在分析前次水泥 环失败原因基础上,改进固井液体系,浆体中加入膨润土、纤维和膨胀剂等材料,降低水泥石强度和脆性,提高水泥石韧性及与井 壁的胶联强度。应用抗冲击高韧性水泥浆,结合高效冲洗液+黏性隔离液的前置液体系等措施,完成了特殊要求的水泥环打塞作业, 满足了膨胀管最大井径小于190 mm的要求。
Well Klari-2st is a directional exploratory well in Block Arar, Indonesia. In order to accomplish the exploration of the block, the ?215.9 mm leaking openghole section is backfilled with cement; then drill with ?152.4 mm drill bit and enlarge the hole with a reamer to form a ?177.8 mm cement ring hole; then run in ?149.2 mm expansion pipe to seal the wellbore so as to finish the 4th spud drilling. By analyzing the failure on pervious cement ring, we improved the cementing fluid system and added bentonite, fiber and expansion agent to the slurry to reduce the strength and brittleness of set cement stone and improve the toughness of set cement and its crosslinking intensity with well wall. By using shock-resistant high tenacity cement accompanied with the prepad fluid system of efficient flushing fluid and viscidity spacer fluid and other methods, we successfully pumped cement plugs, which satisfied the requirement that the maximum diameter of expansion pipe wellbore is less than ?190 mm.
