摘要
Halfaya 油田地质复杂,高压盐膏层钻进过程中极易发生泥包、蠕变缩径、高密度钻井液被高浓度Ca2+ 污染等问题, 钻井液维护难点在于抑制软泥岩分散、稳定pH 值、除Ca2+ 相互关联。通过优选和优化钻井液处理剂,引入聚胺盐类抑制剂BZ-HIB 和新型除钙剂BZ-DCA,改进施工技术措施,较好地解决了高密度钻井液流变性控制、除Ca2+、稳定pH 值等问题,在提高钻速、降低维护难度等方面效果明显。
Abstract
The geology of Halfaya Oilfield is complicated and there tends to be problems such as bit balling, creepage hole shrinkage, pollution of high density drilling fluid by high concentration Ca2+ during the drilling. The difficulties in maintenance of drilling fluid are inhibition of soft mudstone distribution, stabilization of pH value and elimination of Ca2+. Through selection and optimization of treating agent of drilling fluid, BZ-HIB and BZ-DCA are introduced and technical measures are improved to solve the problems with control of rheological property of high density mud, stabilization of pH value, and elimination of Ca2+. It has significant effects on increase of drilling rate and reduction of difficulty in maintenance.
