摘要
让纳若尔油田Д 南低渗透难动用储量近3 000 万t,但由于储层薄、物性差、地层压力低等特征,直井难以实现经济开采,水平井产能低。通过引入以水平井分段改造为主导的完井、酸压、气举排液投产一体化技术,形成了分段段数优选、裂缝参数优化、遇油膨胀封隔器+滑套分段完井配套、液氮前置注入及深度酸压和气举排液、采油一体化技术。现场应用结果表明, 该工艺有效扩大了水平井控油区域,改善了储层导流能力,缩短了酸压后排液时间,提高了单井产能。水平井分段酸压配套技术的应用实现了该区域储量的有效动用,对中石油海外低渗透难动用储量高效开发具有重要指导意义。
Abstract
ДSouth layer in Zanarol Oilfield has nearly 30 million tons of oil reserves. However, as the reservoir is the thin (4.4-16.1 m), poor in physical properties (0.3-1 × 10-3 μm2), and low in formation pressure, etc. It is difficult to achieve economic production by vertical wells, horizontal wells are also low in productivity. By introducing the integrated staged completion, acid fracturing, gas lifting and commissioning technique, stage number selection, parameter optimization. ECP + multi-slide sleeve completion, liquid nitrogen pre-injection and gas lifting in one trip has been realized. Field application results show can increase the control area of horizontal wells, improve reservoir conductivity, shorten flowback time after acid fracturing and enhance single well roduction. Horizontal well staged acid fracturing, which achieves the effctivly reserves producing in this area, is of great instructive significance for for the high efficient development of reserves in low-permeable reservoirs.
