Study on the solid acidizing formula optimization of plugging removal system in sand reservoir in Chad

乍得BR 盆地M4 区块M-4 井区各井在钻完井过程中,油藏受到严重污染,导致该井区各井投产后单井产量远低于试油产量,甚至远低于相邻位置较差的M-1 井区单井产量,部分井不能正常生产。对于砂岩油藏,酸化是解除钻完井地层污染、提高单井产量最常用的方法,但是由于乍得限制液体酸的进口,无法进行常规的液体酸酸化解堵作业。提出了固体酸解堵乍得油藏无机污染的思路,并结合室内试验对固体酸解堵体系配方进行了优选。
The production of the wells in well group Mimosa-4 of Mimosa4 block of Borger Basin in Chad is very low due to reservoir damage while drilling and completion. Acidizing is most wildly applied and successful technology to remove practical plug in sand reservoir and increase production. But it cannot be applied in Chad for the import restriction of fluid acid. While the physical plugging remove technologies shows no satisfying results, Solid acid system is proposed in the paper to remove reservoir plugging in the well group and the formula is suggested based on laboratory experiments.
