Main Pay 油藏是鲁迈拉油田的主产层,近年来大量油井由于含水率高导致停喷。连续油管堵水技术具有灵活性好、施工费用低、施工周期短的特点,可以快速实现高含水停喷井的复产。分析了连续油管堵水的技术难点,进行了施工设计和现场试验。室内实验和现场应用表明:强化对水泥浆配方的优选可确保其性能符合要求;通过使用足量的前置液和后置液、打塞前将堵水层位的生产流体驱替走、打塞后循环掉多余的水泥浆、在施工过程中保证足够的井口回压等技术措施,以保护水泥浆 不受污染。
Main Pay is a primary oil pay zone within Rumaila Oilfield, where a lot of natural producers have stopped flowing recently due to high water cut. Coiled Tubing Water Shut Off(CTWSO) has a few advantages over the conventional WSO techniques in terms of flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and operation time. It can put the ceased wells back on production. Thus to carry out study of CTWSO is important for the purpose of developing Rumaila Oilfield more efficiently. In this paper the key points of CTWSO were discussed, the operational program was systematically optimized, and the suggestions were proposed based on the successful case of R-506 within Rumaila Oilfield. The results showed that the key technologies to ensure the success of CTWSO are basically as follows: the good properties of cement slurry is required, pre-flush and post-flush fluid is to be enough to protect slurry from pollution, the displacement of the fluids around WSO intervals is necessary prior to operation, the excess slurry needs to be displaced out of hole after spotting the plug, it is necessary to maintain back pressure at wellhead to prevent downhole influx.
