摘要
澳大利亚煤层气井多数煤层段采用筛管完井,在后期排采过程中由于煤层井壁稳定性差,经常出现井壁掉落的煤屑堵塞排采泵现象,为解决井壁掉物造成的排采泵被堵塞的问题,利用遇水自膨胀封隔器遇水自动膨胀密封套管与地层之间的环空的特性,并通过封隔器结构优化和室内试验,研制了胶筒式自膨胀封隔器。该装置改变了将膨胀橡胶直接硫化到套管上的设计,将自膨胀橡胶做成胶筒,两端辅以端环,施工时将胶筒套在套管上,两端用端环固定。现场应用结果表明,胶筒式自膨胀封隔器具有操作简单、密封可靠的特点,能够经济有效地解决井壁坍塌造成的检泵周期短的问题。
Abstract
Most coalbed sections of Australian coalbed methane wells are completed with screen pipes. Because coal is easy to collapse during production, the production pump was often blocked by coal particles falling from wellbore. To solve this problem, the swelling packer with rubber tube is developed by using the annular characteristics between formation and water swelling casing of water swelling packer, structural optimization of packer and lab experiments. Changing the design that the swelling rubber is vulcanized directly on the casing, this device replaces the swelling rubber with rubber tube and provided end rings at other ends. During construction, the rubber tube is installed on the casing and fixed with the end rings at both ends. The field applications show that the swelling packer with rubber tube is characterized by easy operation and reliable sealing, which can solve effectively and economically the problems with short pump inspection cycle resulting from hole collapse.
