庆深气田钻井实践表明,气体钻井在钻井提速方面效果显著,但由于气体钻井应用井段多含泥页岩,在地层出水条件下,易产生卡钻等复杂事故,对后期的钻井、测井、固井等影响较大。针对气体钻井效率影响因素进行分析,结合已有实钻经验,重新建立了气体钻井条件下地层出水预测模型,并用理论分析为指导,改进相关设备、技术,形成配套技术系列。6口井现场应用结果表明,通过相关技术改进完善,有效地杜绝了气体钻井复杂事故的发生,保证了井身质量,提高了气体钻井综合效益。
The drilling practice of Qingshen Gas Field shows that gas drilling can improve the efficiency of drilling speed, but there is much mud shale in gas drilling application interval. Therefore, once the formation water flows out from the formation, the complex problems, such as pipe sticking, likely occur, which have great effect on drilling, logging, and cementing, etc. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of gas drilling and rebuild water forecasting model for formation water overflowing during gas drilling according to previous drilling experience. Based on the theoretical analysis, the researchers have improved related equipment and technology, and formed a series of matched technologies. The application of six wells shows through the improvement of related technology, complex incidents have been prevented efficiently, the quality of well has been guaranteed as well as the overall benefit of gas drilling has been improved.
