桥式偏心分注管柱验封通常采用的机械验封技术存在着井下事故风险高、数据准确性低、工作效率不高等问题,为此开展了桥式偏心分注管柱电动验封技术研究。该技术通过地面控制系统实时监测的油管压力和地层压力的变化曲线确定封隔器密封性能。现场试验结果表明,该技术可以有效降低桥式偏心分注管柱验封时验封仪卡、掉以及密封段破损、脱落等井下事故的风险,验封结果更加直观、准确、高效。
The sealing test for bridge eccentric separated injection string normally adopted mechanical sealing test technology which exist the problems of high accident risk, low accuracy in test data and low working efficiency. Research on electric sealing test technology for bridge eccentric separated injection string was conducted to solve the above issues. The packer sealing performance was determined by tube pressure and formation pressure change curves which were real-time monitored by ground control systems and cable. Test results showed that this technology can effectively reduce the risk of downhole accidents such as check sealing apparatus sticking and dropping, sealing segment breakage and fall off in the process of bridge eccentric separated injection string sealing test. And the inspection seal results more intuitive, accurate and efficient.
