摘要
目前防砂作业井口装置没有流程转换功能,砾石充填和循环洗井工序之间转换时间长,易造成循环通道砂堵,为解决该问题,研制了多功能专用地面流程转换装置。该装置由井口滑动系统、正反循环系统、调节系统系统成。通过对主要部件强度的计算及样机试压试验,验证了该装置可以实现地面管线流程的便捷转换,此外,该装置通过滑动密封部件还能实现施工过程中提放管柱的功能。在胜利油田现场推广应用该装置近百井次,均获得一次性成功,表现出了良好的可操作性,具有较好的推广应用前景。
Abstract
As the sand control operation well head has no function of flow transformation, the time used for gravel fill and circulation well washing is quite long, and circulation channel may be blocked by sand easily. In order to solve those problems, specific multifunctional ground flow transformation apparatus are developed. The apparatus are composed of well head sliding system, positive and negative circulation system and regulation system. Depending on strength calculation and prototype test of the major components, the experiment result proved that the device can realize convenient surface pipeline flow conversion, Due to the slip sealing section of the apparatus, the well head operation can be performed as usual while raising and lowering strings. The apparatus have been used in Shengli Oilfield for nearly a hundred times, which are all one-time success. This technology shows the good performance and a broad application prospect.
