华北油田任密1H等井压裂采用了泵送式复合桥塞分段压裂工艺,压裂放喷后出现桥塞砂埋现象,需要钻磨桥塞提高产量。通过对桥塞分段压裂工艺特点分析,找出了钻磨桥塞的难点并制定相应方案。根据井况分别采用连续油管底带螺杆钻、普通油管底带螺杆钻加自制的旋流式四翼凹底磨鞋等工艺对任密1H、太密1X井钻磨桥塞,实现了一趟管柱连续钻磨5个和4个桥塞,实现了快捷、安全施工。
The staged fracturing technique of pumping type composite bridge plug is applied in Renmi 1H well of Huabei Oilfield. After fracturing and blow-off, the sand jamming occurs to the bridge plug, thus the drilling bridge plug is required to increase the output. According to the analysis of characteristics of staged fracturing techniques for bridge plug, the difficulties in drilling the bridge plug are found and relevant schemes are formulated. According to the well condition, the techniques of coiled tubing with bottom screw drill and ordinary tubing with screw drill and home-made cyclone four-wing concave bottom mill shoe are applied for bridge plug drilling of Renmi 1H well and Taimi 1X well to consecutively drill five or four bridge plugs with one pipe string and to carry out construction quickly and safely.
