轮式卡瓦连续加载带压作业装置的研究与应用

普通不压井设备采用固定卡管器和游动卡管器交替夹卡实现管柱起下作业，导致设备操作程序多，速度慢。为此，研制了轮式卡瓦连续加载带压作业装置。设计了加载控制系统和井口密封防喷系统，形成了液压马达驱动滚动头连续滚压的加载控制技术以及内置自封式球封和半全封组合而成的井口密封防喷技术，实现了低压井管柱快速起下和密封防喷，具有加载效率高、作业速度快、安全可靠等优点。现场应用表明，该装置可满足低压不压井作业需要。

For a common snubbing device, to carry out manager of moving pipe by fixed clamping and the sliding clamping device’s alternating clamp operations leads to many slow operating produces.Wheel slip continuous loading snubbing device was developed, it was designed a loading control system and a wellhead sealing blowout prevention system, can load control through hydraulic motor driven head rolling, and seal blowout prevention technology consistsing of built-in self sealed ball wellhead sealing and semi closed, realize the pipe column clamp quickly, and pipe column sealing blowout preventer. The advantages of device is high loading efficiency, fast speed, safety and reliability. The field application results show that the design of device meeting the needs of low snubbing operation.
