摘要
为解决50 ℃地面原油黏度大于10 000 mPa·s的稠油开采难题,依据稠油开采理论,对泽70-9X1等5口稠油井的黏温特性及流变特性进行分析,建立了泽70-9X1井同轴双空心杆循环热水降黏换热模型,分析了循环热水、原油在举升过程中温度分布、原油沿程黏度变化情况,在现场生产实践中将循环水进口温度控制在一定的范围,满足了5口稠油井正常生产,为同类构造边部稠油开采提供借鉴。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of heavy oil exploitation which oil viscosity greater than 10 000 mPa·s under the condition of 50 degree ground, according to the theory of heavy oil development, a coaxial double hollow sucker rod model with viscosity reduction by circulating hot water and heat exchange was proposed for Well Ze70-9X1. And the model was established based on the analysis of viscosity-temperature characteristics and rheological properties for 5 heavy oil wells like Well Ze70-9X1. Following that, the temperature distribution of circulating hot water and oil in the lifting process were analyzed, and the crude oil viscosity changes along the way were also studied in detail. Making the circulating water inlet temperature control in a certain range can meet the need of five heavy oil wells normal production in the field production practice. The success provides technical reference for heavy oil recovery of similar reservoirs in structure edge.
