摘要
SN0084井丛共布井9口,其中含1口直井和8口大斜度定向井。针对该井丛大斜度井多和施工技术难点,进行了地质、工程和钻井液优化设计,优选了钻具组合和钻头、优化了井眼轨迹,并通过使用MWD仪器、预防井下复杂情况,最终实现了“一开一趟钻,二开三趟钻” 模式快速完钻,水平位移1 335.47 m,平均井径扩大率4.09%,起下钻正常,完钻后,电测遇阻通井2次,下套管顺利到底,固井质量合格。该井的施工经验为今后该区块大斜度井的安全、优质、高效施工提供了有益的参考。
Abstract
There are 9 wells in South Sulige gas field cluster 0084, containing a vertical well and eight highly deviated wells. For the multi and construction technical difficulties of this block in highly deviated wells , it is conducted with geological, engineering and drilling fluid design, and optimization of BHA drill bit are then optimized, and also the trajectory. Through using MWD instrument, the prevention of underground complex is carried out. Finally it is used in field drilling practice, making the well quickly drilled with the mode "one trip to drill first spud, second spud three times drilling", with horizontal displacement of 1 335.47 m, and average hole enlargement rate of 4.09%. When conducting the electrical logging, it is stucked, so the well is drifted two times. After that, the casing can run smoothly to the bottom, and cementing quality fulfills the standards. It provides beneficial reference for drilling high angle deviated wells with safety, high quality and efficiency in Sulige block in the future.
