固井过程中套损事故的判断分析与处理

固井施工工序连续紧凑，施工过程中出现套管质量问题时，难以有充裕的时间进行细致分析，如果判断失误，将会给后续施工作业带来很大的隐患。针对近期固井施工中出现的套管本体刺穿、产生裂缝、公扣刺穿、套管滑脱等套管损坏问题，结合现场施工实例，提出了针对性的措施，为固井施工过程中的异常情况的判断分析和处理提供借鉴。

Cementing operations are continuous and compact. If casing quality failure occurs during cementing operation, there is no sufficient time to analyze it in detail. If the judgment is wrong, it will bring huge uncertainties to the upcoming operation works. According to the recent casing failure problem, some pertinent treatments are put forward, combined with real operation cases. The study provides reference for judging and treating some abnormal problem during cementing operations.
