Research and application on deep profile control technology in complex fault block reservoir

针对柳赞油田深层油藏储层非均质性严重、综合含水上升快的特点,开展了组合段塞深部调驱注入体系、段塞优化设计和地面注入工艺研究。研究确定注入调驱体系为凝胶微球和中高温酚醛树脂交联聚合物体系交替注入,采用地面配注工艺流程,便于调驱的分层轮换注入与参数调整控制。截止到2013年5月底,试验区不计递减累计增油9 800 t,计算递减累计增油16 960 t。
Combination slug deep profile control injection system, slug optimization design and ground injection technique study were conducted aiming at severe heterogeneity of reservoir and quickly rising of comprehensive water cut in Liuzan oilfield. The injection profile control system is determined to be gel microspheres injection in alternating with high temperature phenolic resin cross-linked polymer system, and ground injection allocation process was adopted to make the layered rotation injection and parameter adjustment control easier. By the end of May, 2013, the cumulative incremental oil of test area is 9800t without taking the decrease into account while calculating decrease the value is 16 960 t.
