优选钻头类型是提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本最直接、有效的方法之一。通过综合考虑钻压、转速、扭矩、水力参数等因素对钻头破岩效率的影响,根据能量守恒定理,建立了地层虚拟强度指数(VSI)模型,利用模型来计算不同钻头的虚拟强度指数,同时,在考虑钻头进尺和成本的基础上,提出了利用效益指数来定量评价钻头使用效果,消除了以往钻头选型过程中人为因素的影响,为钻头类型优选提供了科学依据。该方法在玉门油田酒东地区进行了应用,根据效益指数的大小,优选出了适合?311 mm和?216 mm井眼的不同钻头类型,现场应用机械钻速分别提高1.94倍和2.77倍,效果较好,为进一步提高酒东地区钻井速度、加快勘探开发进程奠定了基础。
Optimizing drill bit type is one of the most direct and effective method to improve the drilling speed and reduce drilling cost. Through the comprehensive consideration of the influence of weight on bit, rotary speed, torque and hydraulic parameters on rock fragmentation efficiency, and according to the theorem of energy conservation, a virtual intensity index (VSI) model is established. The model is used to calculate the VSI of different drill bits, and considering drilling footage and cost, effective index is used to quantitatively evaluating the bit use effect, and furthermore to eliminate the affecting of human factors in the process of bit type selection, which provides a scientific basis for bit type selection. The method is applied in Jiudong field of Yumen Oilfield, and according to the value of the efficiency index, different drill bit types are optimized to fit for wellbores with diameter of 311 mm and 216 mm. Field applications show that ROP is increased by 1.94 times and 2.77 times respectively, and a significant speed-up effect is achieved, which sets up a foundation for further improving drilling speed and accelerating the process of exploration and development in Jiudong field.
