可打捞滑套分段压裂技术在红河油田的应用

红河油田属于低孔特低渗油田,天然裂缝发育。前期开发主要以裸眼封隔器分段压裂工艺为主,钻扫球座工艺繁琐,二次改造施工困难。通过开展可打捞滑套分段压裂工艺试验,可以实现井筒全通径,为后期二次改造和段间干扰因素分析提供了技术支撑。介绍了可打捞工具管串结构、技术特点、施工工艺,并在HH37P32井进行了现场试验,现场试验表明,该压裂工艺能对水平井实施有效改造,可提高低渗透油藏的压裂效果。
Honghe oilfield has the characteristics of low porosity, ultra-low permeability and natural fracture growth. Open-hole packer staged fracturing technology was mainly conducted in the early development stage, which is subjected to complex process of drilling sweep ball seat and difficult construction of secondary reformation. Through salvage sliding sleeve fracturing process test, the shaft diameter can be realized in whole wellbore, which provides technical support for the secondary transformation and interference factors analysis. The tube-string structure, technique characteristics and operation process of salvage tools were introduced in this paper, and pilot test was carried out in Well HH37P32. Field application shows that this fracturing technology can effectively implement stimulation for horizontal wells, and improve the fracturing effect of low permeability reservoir.
