金县1-1油田储层泥质黏土含量高,地层原油黏度大且存在有机沉积以及钻井液漏失等多重伤害,投产后无法达到配产要求,常规酸化解堵措施无效,为此,进行了自生热气、酸复合解堵技术研究。自生热气体系选用亚硝酸钠和尿素,酸液选用氟硼酸体系,采用拌注氮气泡沫分流进行布酸,现场应用后增油效果显著。该技术可成为金县1-1油田水平井的主要增产措施之一。
Due to the multiple damages in A32H and A33H horizontal wells in Jinxian 1-1 oilfield, such as high clay content, high viscosity of reservoir crude oil, organic deposit and drilling fluid leakage, the oil production rate is lower than that is expected after well completion, and moreover, the common acidification technique was of no effect. So the combined plug removal technology of chemical self-generated heated gas, acidification and nitrogen gas foam diffluent technique was employed, in which sodium nitrite and urea serve as self-generated reactive chemicals, fluorin boric acid as acidific fluid, and nitrogen foam diversion as acid deploying technology. The oil rate is increased greatly after its application. The technique is an important stimulation treatment for horizontal wells in Jinxian 1-1 Oilfield.
