摘要
相对于直井,水平井落物不仅打捞困难,而且作业成本高,甚至还存在报废油井的风险,为此,研制了适合超低渗油藏水平井井身结构的高强度防落物装置。介绍了该装置结构、技术原理、技术特点,对该装置锚定强度进行了理论计算,对其性能指标进行了室内实验。现场试验表明,该装置结构合理,安全可靠,具有良好的井下适应性和锚定效果,基本能满足目前超低渗油藏水平井生产要求,可以进行推广应用。
Abstract
Compared with vertical wells, horizontal well fishing operations are more difficult, high cost and taking the risk of well abandoned. For this case, high-intensity dropping control unit for horizontal wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs was developed, which is specific suitable for horizontal well structure. The device structure, technique principle and technical features of this unit were introduced in this paper, and then the anchoring strength was theoretical calculated and performance index was studied in lab tests. Theoretical calculation and repeated laboratory and field tests show that the device has a good adaptability to the downhole and anchor effect, which can basically meet the production requirement of horizontal wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs. The device has a feasible principle, logical structure, reliable performance and could be widely applied.
