为了满足有杆泵深抽提液的开发需要,研制了插入式减载深抽装置。对常规减载深抽装置进行了改进,采用插入式多级密封结构,可提高整体密封可靠性;同时在大泵筒接头上设有泄油孔,在油井作业时,可与出液孔形成泄油通道,避免作业过程中造成污染;该装置通过降低抽油机悬点载荷来增加泵挂深度,可提高深层低渗油井产液量,减少成本投入,降低抽油能耗。现场应用表明,抽油机悬点载荷显著降低,达到了油田节能增产、降本增效的目的。
Abstract:According to the development need of deep pump extraction in oil fields,inserted load reducer is developed. The load reducer is improved in its structure for sucker rod pumping, and inserted multi-stage sealing construction is used to improveing sealing ability.Drainage hole is added to the big pump barrel in order to create the oil drainage passageway between flowout hole and drainage hole, and avoid contaminate in productive process.The load reducer can deepen pump depth and improve oil production by means of reducing jack load of pumping well. It can improve liquid rate of deep reservoir and low permeability producers, reduce cost, and reduce pumping energy consumption. Field application shows that the jack load of pumping well is reduced obviously, realize the goal of energy saving and production enhancing.
