摘要
在压裂设计编写中普遍采用常规的“经验式”泵注程序,对地层的差异性考虑较少,影响压裂施工效果。针对这一现象,基于用液效率的概念提出了一种均匀铺置浓度的压裂设计方法。该方法是根据前人的理论研究,结合长庆油田储层特征,在对比分析前期压裂施工参数及措施效果的基础上提出的,其最终目的仍是使压裂施工能造成高导流能力的裂缝。针对砂岩气藏非均质特性,利用该方法分别对2口井进行了先导性试验,通过现场实施均达到较为理想的工业产量,获得了较好的改造效果。
Abstract
At present, the differences of formation have little consideration in the compilation of fracturing design, just following the same pattern of using conventional "experience" pump injection program, which results in poor fracturing effect. Aiming at this phenomenon, a fracturing design method with uniform sanding concentration was presented in this paper based on the concept of liquid efficiency. The method is combined previous theoretical studies with Changqing oilfield reservoir characteristics, on a basis of comparing and analyzing the pre-fracturing operation parameters and effectiveness. The final purpose of this new method is still to form high conductivity ability cracks by fracturing. For the heterogeneity characteristics of sandstone gas reservoir, pilot experiments have been launched in two wells with this method. Expected industrial production has been achieved through the in-site implementation, and well stimulation effect has been obtained in field application.
