Study on anionic-cationic surfactant compound foaming agent

针对目前气井严重积液的问题,本文运用阴阳离子表面活性剂复配具有协同效应的特点,研制出用于气井泡沫排水的一类新型起泡剂体系。比较了常用起泡剂的起泡性能,通过正交实验优选出两组复配型起泡剂体系并确定了其配方比例;同时研究了NaCl和CaCl2对两组体系性能的影响,及两组体系的动态携液能力。当阳离子表面活性剂的碳链长度为16时,复配效果最佳;体系I的最佳配比(质量比)为:m十二烷基硫酸钠:mJS﹕mJT-3=4﹕3﹕2,体系II的最佳配比(质量比):m十二烷基硫酸钠:m脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐:mJS﹕mJT-3=1﹕2﹕2﹕2。NaCl使体系泡沫黏度相对增加,稳定性增加,但CaCl2使体系易形成沉淀,泡沫性能变差。复配体系表现出较好抗盐性和携液能力,有利于气井泡沫排水,具有推广应用价值。
In order to solve the serious problem of liquid loading in gas wells, we chose the compound foaming agent system with synergistic effect by anion and cation surfactant mixed system, and the characteristics of vesicles formation which increases foam stability, and developed a novel type of foaming agent for water drainage of gas wells. Through orthogonal experiments, the optimum two groups of compound foaming agent system components and their proportions were determined. We also studied the effect of NaCl and CaCl2 on the properties of the systems, and the dynamic liquid carrying capacity. It is found that when the carbon chain length is 16, the synergistic effect is the best, and the optimal mixture ratio of the system I is SDS: JS: JT-3=4﹕3﹕2, while the optimal mixture ratio of the system II is SDS: AOS: JS: JT-3=1:2:2:2. At the same time, it is also found that the foam viscosity of the complex system will increase relatively in a certain concentration of NaCl, and the stability of foam is also increased. But it is easy to precipitate in the condition of CaCl2, and the foam performance will be worse. Through experimental evaluation, the mixed system shows better salt resistance and liquid carrying capacity, and is good for foam drainage of gas wells, with wide application potential.
