钢缆软通井工艺改变了传统的通井作业模式,为油田井下通井作业提供了一种新的技术手段。对XJ-150修井机进行了改造,对配套工具进行了抗拉强度试验,最终形成了一套以钢缆代替油管进行通井作业的新工艺。现场应用表明,该技术能够取代油管进行施工作业,该作业方式解决了常规油管作业方式频繁起下管柱、劳动强度大、施工周期长、作业成本高等问题,具有广阔的应用前景。
The wire cable soft drifting technique is a newly drifting operation mode that far different from the traditional one, which provides a novel technical means for underground drifting operation in oilfield. Work-over rig XJ-150 was improved and the tensile strength tests were performed on the matching equipment to form a set of new drifting operation process using wire cable instead of tube. Field application results showed that this technique could do the work to replace the tube, and this operation method solves the problems of multiple trips, high intensity of labor, long construction period, and High operating costs with a prosperous application.
