摘要
为降低压裂液残渣和残胶对导流能力的伤害,根据华庆油田低孔、低渗的特点,研制了稠化剂质量分数为0.25%的羧甲基羟丙基压裂液体系。该体系具有携砂能力强、破胶彻底等特点,残渣含量仅为128 mg/L,同时降低了配液用水中较高浓度钙、镁离子对压裂液携砂性能的影响。在华庆油田长6储层现场应用23井次,投产后6个月的平均比采油指数为同井组对比井的1.4倍,为低渗透油藏高效改造提供了一条有效途径。
Abstract
According to the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability in Huaqing Oilfield, a kind of carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl (CMHPG) fracturing fluid was developed with concentration of 0.25%. The fluid has strong sand-carrying ability and through gel breaking. The residue content of CMHPG was only 128 mg/L. And reduce the effect on sand-carrying ability came from high concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in water. It has achieved good application results in Huaqing chang-6 reservoir of Changqing Oilfield. After fracturing transformation, the six months’ average production index of 23 test wells was 1.4 times as high as the compared well of the same well group. Using CMHPG fracturing fluid is one of the highly effective ways to stimulate the low-permeability reservoirs.
