摘要
元坝长兴组气藏储量巨大,为增大储量控制面积,提高单井产量,在四川盆地川东北巴中低缓构造部署了一口水平开发评价井元坝103H井,设计井深7 841 m。通过优化钻井工艺,在下沙溪庙至须家河组地层应用液体欠平衡钻井技术、水平段综合采用旋转导向、抗高温钻井液体系、防磨接头和减磨剂双效防磨等先进技术,克服了陆相深部地层硬度高、钻速慢、井底温度高、水平段井眼清洁难度大、起下钻摩阻扭矩大、钻具托压现象严重等多种技术难题。该井完钻井深7 729.8 m,水平段长682.8 m,最大垂深6 761.52 m,四开在井深6 608 m处一次性侧钻成功。该井的成功实施,为元坝超深水平井钻井积累了宝贵的经验,为同类井的钻井施工提供了重要参考。
Abstract
Yuanba gas field is rich in natural gas while the main formation is buried deeper than 7000m. In order to enlarge the reserve control area and improve production rate of single well, Well YB103H was drilled in Yuanba area of northeast Sichuan. By applying underbalanced drilling technology in Shaximiao to Xujiahe zones, rotary steerable drilling, temperature resistant drilling fluid system, double friction reduction technology, etc., the major technical challenges were overcomed, such as hard formations, low rate of penetration, high temperature, difficult hole cleaning in horizontal section, high tripping friction, and adding weight on bit. The total depth is 7 729.8 m in Permian Period Changxing Section, with lateral section length of 682.8 m, and vertical depth of 6 761.52 m, which makes it the deepest well in China. The success of Well Yuanba103H accumulates valuable experiences for ultra-deep horizontal drilling.The key drilling technologies are illustrated in detail.which provides important references to wells of the same type.
