摘要
油气井长井段(大于10 m)的爆燃压裂一直是高能气体压裂领域亟待解决的难题。PFGun长井段脉冲爆燃压裂技术能一次性处理180 m以上长井段,满足井筒周围解堵改造、增产增注作业要求。介绍了长井段爆燃压裂技术工作原理、系统结构、技术参数以及在N2-4-D48井的现场应用过程和增产效果。采用井下P-T仪、40臂井径测井和八扇区声波变密度测井分别对措施过程中井下压力—时间变化关系、施工前后套管内径和水泥环胶结系数进行了测试。测试结果表明,施工后油井初期产能由措施前9.6 t/d增至22 t/d,施工前后套管内径变化最大不超过5 mm,水泥环胶结系数最大下降0.03,能满足安全使用要求。现场应用表明,PFGun长井段脉冲爆燃压裂技术增产效果显著,工艺安全性好,可进一步推广应用。
Abstract
Propellant fracturing for long interval has been urgent problem in High Energy Gas Fracturing (HEGF) filed. A long interval pulse exploding fracturing technology called PFGun can stimulate long interval up to 180 m on one run ,remove blockage around wellbore for improving production or injection . Technical principle, systemic structure, technical parameters of PFGun system and a successful field application N2-4-D 48 well were introduced . Pressure profile (p-t curve) was recorded during deflagration event using downhole P-T instrument, inner diameter(ID) of casing was tested using 40-arm caliper and cementation coefficient of cement ring were tested using eight radial sector bond tool before and after operation. The treatment results illustrated that N2-4-D 48 well in Daqing increased in production from 9.6 t/d to 22 t/d, changes of casing inner diameter was not more than 5 mm, the largest decline of the cement cementation coefficient 0.03, data above met safety requirements of field application. It is proved that PFGun system should be utilized further because of its significant results on stimulating production and process safety.
