摘要
大港油田高压深斜注水井地层压力高,井筒腐蚀结垢严重,常规井下分注投捞测配难度大,致使分注工艺以地面油套分注为主。为提高注水开发效果,开展了空心配水分注工艺配套测调联动技术研究与试验。该技术集分注、测试、调配于一体,具有测试数据直观可靠、测试精度高、测调效率高等特点,对于高压深斜井井下分注具有较好的可操作性和适应性。20余口井的现场试验结果表明,该技术具有良好的推广应用价值。
Abstract
The high pressure of formation pressure for high-pressure deep deviated injection wells and the severely corroded and scaled well bore in Dagang oilfield make conventional downhole separate injection, running and pulling as well as measuring and allocating difficult, so ground oil casing separation injection is used as the main technology. The research and experiment on measuring and adjusting combination technology that matches with hollow water distribution and separate injection is carried out in an attempt to improve injection development effect. This technology, featuring visual and reliable measuring data, high measuring accuracy and high efficiency of measuring and adjusting, etc. incorporates separate injection, measuring and allocating, and it is preferably operable and applicable for downhole separate injection of high temperature deep deviated well. Field test on more than 20 wells indicates that this technology is worthy of application and popularization.
