针对膨胀管补贴后的套管段内径变小,无法实现该处套管以下套损部位补贴的问题提出过套管补贴技术。该技术使用活塞液压缸作为动力系统,液力锚定器作为锚定系统,将膨胀工具外置于膨胀管,进一步提高膨胀管的通过性与膨胀率。室内试验与现场应用表明:该技术使用的工具结构简单,装配方便,膨胀管与套管之间为全段金属密封,8%膨胀率的膨胀管与1 m套管之间悬挂力超过80 kN;动力系统能够承受30 MPa压力,满足使用要求;现场应用工艺设计合理,能成功解决已补贴段套管内径过小、待补贴位置难以精确定位的问题。
The inner casing diameter would be reduced after casing being patched by the solid expandable tubular, so the casing failure part below the installed tubular could not be patched by the conventional technology. The novel technology was proposed, which employed the piston and cylinder as powering system, and the anchor to fix the position of the tubular, the expansion unit was put outside of the tubular and consequently the passing ability and expansion rate of the tubular could be further enhanced. Experimental results, both field and indoors, showed that the new technology was characterized by its simple structure and easily assembled; the tubular, after expanded by 8%, showed more than 8t gripping force with 1m long casing; the powering system could withstand 30 MPa load. The field application technique was scientifically designed and solved the problem successfully.
