针对偏心分注井井下堵塞器投捞成功率低的问题,对原有堵塞器进行了结构上的改进:在堵塞器主体中设计了泄压通道,降低了打捞堵塞器时的上提阻力;压送头与堵塞器之间采用摩擦挤紧连接方式,避免了堵塞器在投送过程中的脱落掉袋问题;优化底堵锥形角度,提高了堵塞器投送成功率。260多井次的现场施工表明,泄压式偏心堵塞器可大幅度提高偏心分注井投捞施工成功率。
Considering the low success rate of running and pulling the downhole plug in eccentric separate injection well, the original plug is improved in its structure: a pressure relief channel is designed with the main body of the plug to reduce the pulling resistance of the plug, the connection mode of clamping by friction between delivery head and plug is applied to avoid dropping or falling off during running; the angle of the bottom-filter plug is optimized, which leads to more successful running of the plug. Field construction of more than 260 wells of proves that the success rate of running and pulling in eccentric separate injection wells can be significantly improved by use of pressure-relief eccentric plug.
