单筒三井隔水导管作为目前大直径单腿结构平台使用的主要结构方式,这种技术大幅度地节约了边际油气田开发的成本。介绍了单筒三井隔水导管的组合结构,提出了该组合结构整体力学的一种分析方法,该力学模型简化了计算方法,提高了计算精度。以渤海湾油田为例,对比分析了水泥环对单筒三井隔水导管组合结构力学性能的影响。通过对单筒单井隔水导管结构的整体力学分析可以进一步减少海上施工的盲目性和作业风险,降低小油气田的开发费用。
As the main structure type used on present monopod platform, the monocular triple-well risers can significantly decrease the development cost for marginal fields. The assembly configuration of monocular triple-well risers is introduced and the integral mechanical analysis method is proposed for the assembly configuration. The calculation method of the mechanical model is simplified, and the accuracy is increased. Taken Bohai Field as an example, the influence of cement sheath on the mechanical properties is analyzed. Results show that the integral mechanical analysis on monocular triple-well riser structure can lower the blindness and risk of oversea operations, and decrease the development cost of small fields.
