大牛地气田是中国石化五大气源地之一。分析了大牛地气田目前仍存在的主要钻井难题及技术瓶颈,并从钻井工程地质环境描述、水平井工程优化设计、煤层垮塌预防技术及随钻测量技术4个方面提出了对策。推广优质钻井液体系、膨胀管封堵技术、电磁波随钻测量技术,形成大牛地气田水平井钻井配套技术,有效地提高了钻井速度,对于加快大牛地气田勘探开发进程具有重要意义。
Daniudi gas field is one of the five biggest gas fields of SINOPEC. Major problems on horizontal well drilling were analyzed, and technical measures were put forward in aspects of drilling engineering geological environment description, horizontal wells engineering optimal design, coal seam collapsing prevention technology and Measurement While Drilling technology. Popularizing horizontal well drilling matching technology in Daniudi area, which contains high quality drilling fluids technology, expandable tube sealing technology and electromagnetic wave MWD technology could effectively increase drilling rate, and accelerate the process of exploration and development process of Daniudi gas field.
