摘要
华北油田泽70断块处于水驱开发中高含水期,但原油采出程度较低(10.8%),断块开发状况极不均衡。依据聚合物微球调驱特性,对聚合物微球固含量、粒径与平均孔喉直径比、突破运移能力等参数进行了研究,在此基础上,在室内模拟泽70断块油藏条件对6种聚合物微球固含量、耐温抗盐能力、突破运移能力和驱油能力等进行了室内评价。筛选了聚合物微球的适用地质条件,编制了施工设计方案。在泽70断块的现场应用表明,6口井单井压力平均抬升2.4 MPa,一线连通17口油井中有11口井见到明显的调驱效果,见效率64.7 %。该技术对同类油藏的开发具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
Abstract
Fault-block Ze70 of Huabei oilfield is during the period of middle-high water cut of water flooding development, but the oil recovery is very low, only 10.8 percent which illustrates unbalanced development state of this complex fault block reservoir. According to the features of polymeric microspheres deep profile control technique, parameters were studied including polymeric microspheres solid content, grain size and mean pore diameter ratio and breakthrough migration ability. On the basis of these, solid content, temperature and salt resistance ability, breakthrough migration ability and oil-displacement capacity of 6 polymeric microspheres were evaluated by simulating the reservoir conditions of Fault-block Ze70 indoor. Favorable geological conditions for polymeric microspheres were selected, and construction design scheme was drawn up. Field application in Fault-block Ze70 indicated that average pressure elevation of each well is up to 2.4 MPa, and 11 out of 17 wells connected by one line were showed significant flooding effect with effectiveness of 64.7%. This technique offers valuable reference and reliable guide for similar reservoir development.
