油气井防斜、纠斜问题是钻井过程中普遍存在但一直未能彻底解决的难题之一。经过数年攻关,渤海钻探工程技术研究院研发了 BH-VDT5000垂直钻井系统,介绍了垂直钻井系统的结构、工作原理,并对垂直钻井系统在塔里木油田克深 203井的现场应用过程、效果进行了对比分析。垂直钻井系统在克深 203井用 2趟钻完成了二开井段,总进尺 1 558 m,正常钻进井段井斜控制在 0.5°以内,与同时使用 Power-V垂直钻井系统的邻井相比机械钻速提高 23%以上。现场应用证明, BH-VDT5000垂直钻井系统在高陡构造地层、逆掩推覆体地层的钻探中,防斜打快效果显著,可进一步推广应用。
Hole slanting control has been one of the most remarkable difficulties. Through many years of research, the vertical drill-ing system, BH-VDT 5000, was developed. The structure, operational principle were introduced, and its application process and effect in Well Keshen 203 in Tarim oilfield were analyzed. The second section of Well Keshen 203 was finished in two runs using BH-VDT5000 system and the total footage was 1 558 m, and the inclination is controlled within 0.5 degree. Compared with the adjacent wells drilled by the Power-V vertical drilling system, the average rate of penetration was 23% higher. So the conclusion was that BH-VDT5000 sys-tem can promote the rate of penetration, shorten the drilling time and satisfy the requirement of slant prevention and fast drilling in high dip angle and thrust over nappe formation, therefore, it can be used further.
