摘要
渤海湾有些井无法实现从生产套管内侧钻,需要在表层套管内侧钻,因此需要取出从井口到侧钻点之间被水泥固结的生产套管。在一口故障井中进行了取生产套管技术试验,设计加工了特殊铣鞋,优化了套铣钻具组合,实现了居中段和偏心不严重段生产套管的套铣处理;通过优化设计切削型领眼磨鞋和切削型平底磨鞋,变磨铣套管为切削套管,实现了偏心严重的生产套管的高速切削处理;最终成功、快速地取出了生产套管,满足了侧钻要求。这一技术在渤海湾是一项突破性的技术,并具有较广的应用前景。
Abstract
Some production platforms have no spare slots to drill adjustment well in Bohai Bay, so it is proposed that some failure wells can be used to sidetrack adjustment wells. Sidetracking from production casing is impossible in some of the wells because of the small size, and it is necessary to sidetrack from surface casing, so it is necessary to retrieve production casing from wellhead to side-tracking point, which is cemented partly. One failure well has been taken as the experiment well to try to retrieve production casing. By designing and manufacturing special washover shoes and optimizing assembly of washover, the sections of production casing, which are concentric and slightly eccentric in surface casing, are washovered and retrieved. By designing and optimizing cutting pilot mill shoes and flat bottom mill shoes, the badly eccentric section of production casing is cut at a higher speed than by ordinary mill shoes. Finally the production casing is successfully retrieved, which meets sidetracking requirement. The technique makes a break in Bohai Bay and can be extended.
