摘要
苏里格气田多层开发多采用封隔器分压合采管柱,存在油管直径较大、对含水气层携液能力差、压裂施工风险大、不适应小井眼分层压裂等缺点。为此,研究配套了小油管喷砂射孔环空分层转向压裂合采一体化工艺,该工艺集小油管喷砂射孔、油套环空分层压裂、二次转向压裂、小油管井下节流等一系列技术于一体,用一趟小直径管柱完成了喷砂射孔、分压合采等一整套施工工序,极大地提高了管柱的携液能力,提高了压裂增产效果,降低了压裂施工风险,减少了油管费用,缩短了施工周期,且能满足小井眼分层压裂施工要求。现场应用效果良好。
Abstract
Commingled producing strings with separated layer fracturing by packer is commonly used in multilayer production of Sulige gas field, which is featured by large tube diameter, poor liquid carrying ability for water-bearing gas zone, great risks of fractur-ing operation and not accustomed to separated layer fracturing in slim hole. Integrated technique of turning annulus separate layer to fracturing commingled producing in slim-tube with sandblasting perforation was studied and matched. The technique involves in a series of techniques such as sandblasting perforation in slim-tube, separated layer fracturing in annulus between tube and casing, sec- ondary deflection fracturing and down-hole choke in slim tube. The whole treatment process of sandblasting perforation and separate layer fracturing and commingled producing was accomplished by using slim diameter string once, which greatly enhanced the liquid carrying ability of strings. With the technology, the effect of fracturing stimulation is improved, and the risk of fracturing construction is decreased. Meanwhile, less string cost, shorter construction period and well performance of separated layer fracturing in slim hole are also very impressive. Good results have been obtained in filed application, and the success is worthy further application and extension.
