摘要
应用套管扶正器使套管居中,仍是当今提高水平井、大斜度井固井质量的重要技术措施。针对常用套管扶正器使用过程中存在的问题,分析了扶正器在水平井眼内移动时的受力状况,研制了偏心式滚轮套管刚性扶正器。介绍了该工具的偏心式结构及通过 2种旋向扶正棱自动旋转调整扶正方位的工作原理。室内及现场试验结果表明,该工具能够有效提高水平井套管在井眼内的居中度,有利于提高水平井和大斜度井的固井质量。
Abstract
Centralizing casing by centralizer is an important technical treatment of improving cementing quality for horizontal and high angle deviated wells. According to the problems in the application of common centralizer, the force bearing status of the centralizer moving in horizontal wellbore is analyzed, and the rigid casing centralizer with eccentric truck is developed. The eccentric structure of the tool is introduced, as well as the working principle that adjusting the centralizing azimuth by the automatic rotation of two kinds directions. The lab and field experiments show that the tool can effectively improve the centralizing degree of the casing in horizontal wells, as well as the cementing quality for horizontal and high angle deviated wells.
