为了研究混合能量对水泥浆流变性能的影响,室内采用高速搅拌器混配水泥浆,现场采用35-16型水泥车混配水泥浆,通过对同一配方水泥浆流变性能的测定,确定不同混配方式对水泥浆流变性能的影响。研究结果表明,由于室内试验与现场作业中的混配方式不同,其混合能量有差异,现场作业中以室内试验数据为依据来计算水泥浆的流变参数会发生偏差,从而影响水泥浆顶替效率,导致固井质量不理想。建议加强混合能量对水泥浆性能的影响研究。中图分类号:文献标识码:A
In field cementation, the displacement flow rate is determined by laboratory test data, because of different mixing condition in cement slurry creation, the slurry rheological behavior would vary. A test program was conducted to verify the difference between laboratory test and field test. The test data show that, cement slurry made in field test by cementing truck behaves in shearing thinning more strongly than that from laboratory test. The test data also show that the mixing energy in laboratory test is lower than that of field test, resulting in a calculation error in pumping rate of displacement prediction by laboratory test data. Based on the test program, a conclusion could be reached that mixing condition would affect the slurry rheological behavior.
