页岩气储层多为低孔低渗,需要采取压裂等增产措施沟通天然裂缝,所以对固井质量的要求很高。对页岩气水平井固井面临的套管下入与居中度、油基钻井液有效驱替和大型压裂对固井胶结质量的影响等技术难题进行深入分析,从有效通井、套管居中、套管漂浮固井技术、高效洗油冲洗液、采用弹韧性水泥浆体系等几个方面提出了提高页岩气水平井固井质量的技术对策,为今后页岩气水平井固井提供借鉴。中图分类号:文献标识码:A
Abstract:Owing to the low porosity and permeability of shale gas reservoir, fracturing and other measures to increase production need to be taken to connect natural fractures, which require higher quality of cementing. The major challenge for cementing horizontal shale gas wells are analyzed in depth, which is the effect to cementing quality from the concentric degree of the casing down into the hole, effective displacement by oil-based drilling fluid, and large-scale fracturing. The countermeasures of improving the cementing quality for horizontal shale gas wells are proposed from the aspects of effective drifting, casing centering, floating casing cementing technique, high efficiency oil washing fluid, slurry system with elastic toughness. It provides a reference for cementing horizontal wells in shale gas reservoirs.
