Modeling the skin factor of horizontal well completed with precision screen

精密滤砂管完井具有较好的防砂能力,适用于油井出砂严重的水平井完井。精密滤砂管完井井筒附近的流动与完善井理想流动不同,其流动包括远端的径向流、保护层割缝汇聚流、中间过滤层的径向流和中心基管孔眼的汇聚流4个过程。建立了储层伤害情况下精密滤砂管完井表皮因子计算模型,并运用模型进行了实际计算,计算结果与油井实际生产数据相差较小,证明所建模型合理。通过对影响因素进行敏感性分析得出:地层污染参数、中间过滤层渗透率、保护层割缝穿透比、保护层一周割缝数、中心基管孔眼密度、孔眼相位角和孔眼半径对表皮因子影响较大。
Precision screen completion has good sand control capacity, and is suited for horizontal wells with severe sand production. The flow near the wellbore with precision screen is different from that of ideal well in which it includes the radial flow in the distal formation, the convergent flow in slotted liner of the protective layer, the radial flow in intermediate filter layer, and the convergent flow in the hole of the base-pipe. In this paper, the skin factor model of horizontal well completed with precision screen was built up in consideration of formation damage, and an actual computation was performed with this model. The result shows a little difference between the calculated result and actual data, proving the fitness of the model. Through analyzing the sensitivity of the factors, it was found out that the skin factor was largely affected by parameters of damaged formation, the permeability of the intermediate filter layer, the penetration ratio of slits in the protective layer, the slits around the protective layer, the hole density of the base pipe, and phase angle and borehole radius.
