Study on the output metering technology for rod pumped well based on ground dynamometer card

以抽油机井地面示功图为研究对象,修正了抽油机井杆液运动学模型,消除了地面示功图中包含的杆柱变形、杆柱黏滞阻尼以及杆柱和液柱的振动和惯性等因素的影响,从而获得能够反映抽油泵工作状况的泵示功图;再结合油井工况自动诊断技术,建立了泵示功图曲线上各点曲率计算模型和阀开闭点模型,提出了一套柱塞有效冲程的计算方法,实现了油井产液量的计算;对胜利油田和江苏油田的90口不同工况的油井进行了计算分析,预测产量与实际产量平均相对误差为7.25%,验证了示功图量油的可行性,满足了抽油机井产量计量的精度要求。
Taking the ground dynamometer card of rod pumped wells as research object, the dynamics model of rod pumped well is updated in terms of rod, tube and fluid, which eliminate the problems of rod deformation, rod viscous damping, effects of column vibration and inertia for rod and liquid and so on. So the pump dynamometer card is obtained which could reflect the working conditions of the pump. Furthermore, combining with automated diagnostic techniques of oil wells, a new curvature calculation model of every point in pump dynamometer card and opening/closing points of values mode are built to propose an algorithm calculation method for effective pump stroke, which realizes the calculation of liquid production. The average relative error between the calculated and measured is 7.25% by using this software to calculate the output 90 oil wells with different cases in Shengli oilfield and Jiangsu oilfield. The actual calculating of dynamometer cards certificates the feasibility of output metering with dynamometer card and can meet the measurement accuracy of output calculation for rod pumped wells.
