摘要
微流量精细控压钻井技术是当今世界钻井前沿技术之一,主要是通过进出口流量的微小变化、随钻环空压力监测、地面自动节流调整及压力补偿等手段,实现环空压力的实时监测与精确控制。通过微流量精细控压钻井系统的研制和现场应用,完善微流量控压钻井设备配套并形成技术体系,现场试验主要是利用“微流量控压钻井系统”及时发现和处理井下复杂情况,减少井涌、井漏和降低钻井非生产时间等,提高钻井安全性和经济性,从而提高复杂地层的钻井作业效率。其现场成功实践为复杂地层钻进积累了经验。
Abstract
Micro-flux control pressure drilling technology is advanced today. The annulus pressure of well pore can be real-time monitored and controlled precisely in closed loop, by small variation of flux in inlet and outlet, annulus pressure surveillance while drilling, automatically throttle adjusting return pressure and pressure compensation in ground. Through development of micro-flux control pressure Drilling and field trial, the matching equipment has been completed, to form a technological system. The field trial mainly bases on the Micro Flux Control-MFC to effectively prevent the incursion of formation fluid, and reduce the possibility of well kick, well loss, and decrease the non-production aging, improving the economic efficiency of drilling-well, as well as the security of drilling operation and efficiency in complicated condition. The application of technology successfully on site has in complicated formation has accumulated the experience, which can be an example for the technology.
