Research on integrated technique of oil testing in horizontal well

针对?139.7 mm套管射孔完井水平井试油测试的需求,在完成水平井井身轨迹特点分析和试油测试特殊工艺要求的基础上,开展了水平井试油测试管柱及工艺研究。利用静液压原理,通过对抗阻、步进锁进、强制复位机构创新,研制出环空静液压封隔器;通过对开关控制方式筛选和控制信号识别方式研究,研制出水平井压控式电动多流测试阀;形成了以环空静液压封隔器和压控式电动多流测试阀为主要工具的水平井试油测试工艺管柱。采用该技术在高30平1井投入现场试验并获得成功,为水平井试油测试提供了一种新的技术手段。
Aiming at the requirement of oil testing in casing perforation completion horizontal wells with casing size in ?139.7 mm, research on oil testing string and process has been conducted on the basis of finishing analyzing well trajectory characteristics and oil testing specialized technique demands for horizontal wells. An annular volume static hydraulic pressure packer has been developed though improving impedance locked ahead step by step and compulsory relocation and adopting static hydraulic pressure mechanism. By selecting switch control mode and control signal identification mode, pressure controlled electric multi-phrase testing valve for horizontal wells has been developed, and then the corresponding oil testing strings was formed, which take the annular volume static hydraulic pressure packer and pressure controlled electric multi-phrase testing valve as main tools. Trial test has been launched in Gao30 Well P1 and worked pretty well, which marks that a newly type practical oil testing matching technology is formed for horizontal wells.
