Fine cementing technique for matured oilfield production tail

开发50余年的老油田,经过上产、高产、稳产开发,多次加密钻井、高压注水注聚、高强度开采,纵向上形成了高压低渗、低压高渗、异常高压、欠压和低压漏失、多压力层系共存的局面,给后期剩余油的开采带来了许多难题。在分析、实验各种影响因素的基础上,以系统工程为指导,注重勘探、开发、地质与钻井、完井、固井工程的结合,以保证不同压力、不同渗透率层系之间的有效密封,保证一、二界面的水泥胶结质量为目的,采用了适合油藏特征、保护储层、提高采收率的复杂结构井钻井、特殊工艺完井固井新技术及多功能水泥浆体系,一界面固井质量优良率提高26.3%,二界面固井质量提高18.5%。实现了不同压力层系之间,特别是薄油层、韵律层之间的有效封隔,满足了老油田开发后期高效、精细开采的要求。
For the matured fields produced for more than 50 years, they have gone through the processes of production ascending, peak oil rate, stable production, multi-time drilling infill wells, pressured water/polymer injection, and high strength production. And some unfavorable features have been formed vertically, which are high pressure and low permeability, low pressure and high permeability, ultra high pressure, underpressure andlow pressure loss, multipressure strata coexistence, etc., resulting in a lot of difficulties of recover residule oil in production tail stage. Based on analyzing and experimentally studing the effect factors, taking system engineering as direction, stressing the combination of exploration, development, geology, drilling, completion and cementing, the complex structure well drilling, the special process completion and cementing techniques, and multi-function slurry are taken, which can suit for the reservoir characteristics, protect formation, and enhance oil recovery, with the aim of guarantee the effective sealing between different pressure or different permeability layers and the consolidating quality between the first and second interfaces. The results show that the first interface cementing quality excellence ratio increase by 26.3%, and the second interface cementing quality increase by 18.5%. It is carried out that the effect separation between different pressure layers, expecially between thin layers or rhythmic units, which satisfy with the requirement of effectively and finely develop matured fields.
