针对大庆外围低渗低产油田抽油机井举升泵效低、能耗高的问题,在进行抽油机井生产参数优化时,将时间作为一个参数考虑进去,将常规的“泵径、冲程、冲次”三参数油井工作制度调整转变为“泵径、冲程、冲次、时间”四参数。以能耗最低为目标,以产量不降为条件建立四参数工作制度优化调整模型,编制了计算软件,可以方便准确地求出单井间歇采油合理工作制度。
Aiming at low lift pumping efficiency and high energy consumption of pumping wells in Daqing peripheral low permeability low-yielding oilfield, taking time as one parameter into account during the production parameters optimization of pumping wells, the conventional oil well working system with three parameters “pump diameter, stroke, pumping speed” adjust and transform into four parameters “pump diameter, stroke, pumping speed, time”. Taking minimizing energy consumption as the goal and maintaining yield as basis condition, a four-parameter working system optimizing model was established in this paper, and then corresponding calculation software was designed, which could easily and accurately calculated the single well intermittent oil production and reasonable system of work.
