Key technologies of acid-fracturing for ultra-deep reservoirs with high temperature and high fracture pressure

塔河油田外围区块主要包括托甫台、巴麦、于奇及塔中等井区,其相对塔河4 区等开发区,具有埋藏更深(6300 m), 储层温度更高(140 ℃以上),破裂压力梯度更大(大于0.021 MPa/m),同时裂缝溶洞发育程度又相对更差的特点。从酸化和预处理降低破裂压力、优选降滤失剂和优化酸液体系降滤失、设计优化施工工艺和参数等方面开展研究与应用,提高了酸压改造施工成功率及改造效果,有效促进了开发新区储量动用。
The external blocks of Tahe oilfield mainly include Tuofutai, Bamai, Yuqi, and TaZhong and so on, which are characterized with ultra-deep burial depth(6300 m), high reservoir temperature(140 ℃), great fracturing pressure gradient (0.021 MPa/m)and poor developed fracture-cavity comparing to Tahe Block 4 and other developing zones. With the study and application of relative technologies, such as reducing fracturing pressure, reducing filtrate, optimizing design and integrated techniques, the success treatment rate and stimulation effect of acid-fracturing are notably enhanced. And the applications of these techniques effectively promote the reserves producing of freshly developed blocks.
