摘要
针对复杂深井现场施工中井浆膨润土含量测定结果与实际值存在较大偏差的现象,在分析膨润土含量测定结果影响因素基础上,探索了提高复杂深井井浆膨润土含量测定精度的实验方法。分析了氯化钠质量分数、pH值和处理剂对深井井浆膨润土含量测定结果的影响,进而改进了GB/T16783-1997标准中测定膨润土含量的方法。结果表明:测试井浆的矿化度、pH值、处理剂的种类和加量均对膨润土含量测定结果有影响;矿化度增大,测定结果偏小;pH值、可吸收亚甲基蓝的处理剂含量增大,测定结果偏大。改进后的膨润土含量测定方法中,2.5 N硫酸加量为0.5 mL,5%过氧化氢加量为15 mL,测试液的pH值为9.0。改进后的膨润土含量测定方法的测试结果准确性高,平行性好。
Abstract
To solve the greater deviation of bentonite content measuring result in drilling fluid during complex deep well field operation, the experiment methods for improving measuring accuracy of bentonite content in drilling fluid for complex deep wells was investigated, based on analyzing the affecting factors on bentonite content measuring accuracy, The effect of salt content, pH value and additives on measuring accuracy of bentonite content was analyzed and then the bentonite content measuring method of national standard GB/T16783-1997 was improved. Results showed that the salinity, pH value, additive types and usage all affect the measuring result. With salinity increases, the measuring result is getting less than the actual value, and with the increase of pH value and additive absorbing methyleneblue, the measuring result is getting more than the actual value. According to improved measuring method, the addition of 2.5 N sulfuric acid is 0.5 mL, and that of 5% H2O2 is 15%, while the pH value of testing liquid is 9.0. The improved bentonite content measuring method has high accuracy and good parallelism.
