摘要
华北油田西柳10断块是高温中孔低渗油藏,基于油藏物性开展了以改性酚醛树脂为交联剂的高温凝胶深部调剖剂的研究。通过室内试验确定了高温深部调剖剂的基本配方,考察了聚合物、交联剂、促交剂、除氧剂用量对凝胶黏度、成胶时间的影响。结果表明,配方体系适应120 ℃的地层温度,热稳定性好,初始黏度小于100 mPa·s,成胶黏度大于14 Pa·s。该调剖剂已在西柳10断块整体调剖中得到应用,取得了良好的控水稳油效果。
Abstract
Since Fault 10 in Xiliu Huabei Oilfield is featured by high temperature, middle porosity and low permeability, a high-temperature gel deep profile controlling agent with the modified phenol-formaldehyde resin as cross-linkage agent is studied on the basis of reservoir characteristics. The basic recipe is determined through the laboratory experimental study, and the influence of polymer, cross-linking agent, aid cross-linking agent and de-oxygen agent usage on gel viscosity and gelling time are observed and studied. The results indicate that the formula of gel is adapt to reservoirs with temperature at 120 ℃, and has the advantages of good heat stability. The initial gel viscosity is lower than 100 mPa·s and the gelling viscosity is higher than 14Pa.s.The deep modified profile agent has been used in Fault 10 Xiliu and good effect has been obtained.
