摘要
在概括旋转导向钻井技术应用现状的基础上,介绍了偏心位移控制旋转导向钻井工具的工作原理,重点讨论其关键技术点,论述工具面稳定及控制方法,阐述了双向信息传输系统的的实现过程,通过系统试验证明研制的旋转导向钻井系统初步实现了稳斜、造斜、扭方位功能,现场试验最大造斜率达到3.41(°)/30 m。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the working principle of eccentric-shifting-controlled rotary steering drilling tools based on the status of rotary-steering drilling technology, focusing on discussion of key technical points of the eccentric-shifting-controlled rotary steering drilling tool, describing the tool face stabilization and control method and setting forth the realization process of dual-direction information transmission system. The system tests have proved that the rotary-steering drilling system has preliminarily achieved the functions of angle holding, angle building and azimuth adjusting, the maximum build-up rate of test well is 3.41(°)/30 m.
